General Shipping Policies

Privacy Guarantee:  We absolutely guarantee that 100% of your personal information will stay 100% private.  We will never sell or give your personal information.  The use of your personal information, Name, Phone, Email, Address and Credit Card Numbers are kept in the highest level of encryption available, and is only used to complete your order as quickly as possible, with our high standard of communication.

Shipping Terms: We ship UPS or USPS for domestic continental USA and international, Alaska/Hawaii.

International Orders: Due to the complications involved in shipping though the customs systems this is our policy:

  • If the items are returned through customs refusal you will be offered two choices.  To pay for shipping a second time or cancel your order. 
  • Due to the unknown exposure that can occur on the world map only 50% of the value of the order will be refunded, the items cannot be sold again. 
  • We would be happy to reship at the original shipping cost. 
  • If the items are “lost” in customs we cannot take responsibility.  It is beyond our control and we cannot accept this risk.

Backorders: Due to the unpredictable nature of demand, it is impossible control when an item runs out of inventory.  And as we occasionally refuse batches of product ingredients because it doesn't meet our standards; inventory runs out.  We make a point of disabling the Estore item, but if we don’t and an item in your order is placed on backorder we will ship it via UPS as soon as it becomes available.

Returns Policy

Please do not return products without a RAN (return authorization number). To return products, first call or email us to get a RAN number. Credits on returned products are not issued without a RAN number and accompanying copy of your invoice. Thank you.

In order to serve you in the best possible manner, please read and follow this Product Return Policy.

I. Incorrect Order

If you have received any products in error or there are any mistakes in your order, please call or email Deca Aloe Arborescens US, LP  immediately - (800) 665-3318 - so we may correct it as soon as possible.

II. Damaged Products

If you receive any product that has been damaged in shipping (broken, leaking, etc.):

  1. Contact UPS immediately to report your damage (800-742-5877) or call or email us immediately, and we will handle your damage report for you.
  2. Retain the outer shipping carton and all damaged products or UPS (the shipper) will not process your Damage Report. (Saving these items constitutes proof of your claim.)
  3. All Damage Reports must be made within 5 days of receipt of package. After 5 days, UPS will not be responsible for any Damage Reports.

II. Returns and Refunds

There shall be no other returns or refunds.

This means that if you receive a product that is defective due to our fault, such as a leaking bottle or a bottle with missing top, we are happy to replace the product for you at no charge. We stand behind our products 100% and we want you to have only the very best.
